Each herb has their own unique contributions to the immune system including reducing the strength of the viruses that causes the common cold and flu. Supporting the immune system to enhance the resistance to viruses and bacteria that could cause illness. As this contains goldenseal, it is best to have a peariod of "rest" when taking this tinture. While a 1 once bottle can last up to 6 weeks if taking one dropper a day, every day, it may be best to allow this tincture to last 12 weeks, if not more.
