Refund and Returns Policy

Because of the delicate nature of our products (soaps, salves, tinctures, salt lamps, etc.) we are unable to accept returns at any time, with the following exceptions:

  • Damages and Issues Only: We only accept returns or exchanges for items that are damaged or defective upon arrival. We do not accept returns for “change of mind” or buyer’s remorse.
  • Reporting Window: Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. Any damage must be reported to us at this web page within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Required Documentation: To process your claim, you must provide:
    • Clear photos of the damaged item.
    • Clear photos of the outer shipping box and internal packaging.
    • Your order number and proof of purchase.
  • Resolution Options: Once the damage is verified, we will, at our discretion, provide a full refund or a replacement at no additional cost to you.
  • Shipping Costs: If a return is required for a verified damaged item, we will provide a prepaid shipping label. Original shipping fees are Non-Refundable.
