Because of the delicate nature of our products (soaps, salves, tinctures, salt lamps, etc.) we are unable to accept returns at any time, with the following exceptions:
- Damages and Issues Only: We only accept returns or exchanges for items that are damaged or defective upon arrival. We do not accept returns for “change of mind” or buyer’s remorse.
- Reporting Window: Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. Any damage must be reported to us at this web page within 48 hours of delivery.
- Required Documentation: To process your claim, you must provide:
- Clear photos of the damaged item.
- Clear photos of the outer shipping box and internal packaging.
- Your order number and proof of purchase.
- Resolution Options: Once the damage is verified, we will, at our discretion, provide a full refund or a replacement at no additional cost to you.
- Shipping Costs: If a return is required for a verified damaged item, we will provide a prepaid shipping label. Original shipping fees are Non-Refundable.
