Earth Circle Creations runs as an online consignment store. Most products displayed on this web site are made by the hands of individuals from all walks of life. Whether the products are essential oils, essences, ear candles, soaps or other products, the hands of their creators make them all.

I provide a service to the people who make these products. I come to the people who make these products with a proposal (or they come to me) and I allow their products to be sold. I do operate on a consignment basis within this store. In a nutshell:

If you have a product that is $10.00, I charge a 25% commission rate on your product. This brings the total listed on the website for the one product to $12.50. This low commission rate maintains the low price of your product that you have to offer. Kentucky state tax is put onto the total amount of the purchase(s) made and shipping is applied to that based on the weight or bulkiness of the product.

Your customer receives the product on their end and enjoys it. Since the product was sold on my web site and you chose to sell it at $10.00, you will get the $10.00 that you have sold the product by an agreed-upon arrangement. I retain the 25% commission to go toward web site maintenance and promotion.

On the 15th of every month, I will tally up the sales that you have made through my store and will send out a check after the 15th. I use online bill pay through my bank and will be sending the checks to your home address or to an address I have on file.

I would prefer to have some of your highest-selling product on my premises so I may expedite shipping to our customers. This would allow me to send your product(s) out my door quickly and would allow your customer to have your product(s) in a timely manner. Since there would be multiple stores operating at the same time, I may quite possibly have other product(s) from other company(s) in the same box(es) with your product(s). This also assists in shipping costs.

• Home/hand made Candles
• Home/hand made Incenses
• Home/hand made Herbal items

What will you not consign?

I will not consign the following items (including but not limited to):

• Illegal materials
• Multi Level Marketing items
• Pornographic material
• Illegal substances
• Rare or invaluable items (including but not limited to antiques or family heirlooms)
• Furniture
